Forgan Smith Tower, Level 4 – Ramsay Centre – University of Queensland (Refurbishment)

Venn Constructions is proud to have delivered the Level 4 refurbishment of the Forgan Smith Tower for the Ramsay Centre at The University of Queensland.

The project involved a complete strip-out of the existing ceilings and partitions, followed by a full reconfiguration of the office and amenity spaces.

Works included a new ceiling grid, set-plaster and feature waffle-grid ceilings, acoustic and glazed partitions, custom joinery, upgraded hydraulics and electrical services, and quality finishes throughout to create a bright, modern workspace for the University.
