Alexandra Hills State School Toilet Block Refurbishment

Venn Constructions successfully completed the refurbishment of the toilet block facilities at Alexandra Hills State School, delivering a high-quality upgrade designed to improve functionality, durability, and the overall user experience.

The project involved a comprehensive internal refurbishment, including the safe demolition and removal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM), followed by the construction and installation of new partitions, ceilings, structural steel, decorative metal screening, and blockwork.

Our team delivered complete hydraulic and electrical upgrades, incorporating new water, waste and sewer services, together with modern lighting and power installations. The refurbishment also included custom joinery and cabinetry, washroom partition systems, floor preparation with levelling and epoxy coatings, painting, and the supply and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E).
